Refund policy

Pro monthly ($25 / month)

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain Pro features until then.
• We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel on day 20 of a 30-day cycle, you still have access for the remaining 10 days.
• If you were charged due to a clear billing error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after a successful cancellation), email hello@quoteal.comwithin 30 days and we'll fix it.

Lifetime founder offer ($49)

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@quoteal.com with the email address on your account.
• Non-refundable after 7 days. The offer is a one-time payment in exchange for permanent access to Pro features for the lifetime of the Service.
• If we ever materially change or discontinue the Service, lifetime members will be given reasonable advance notice (see Terms for details).

How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@quoteal.com with:

• The email address on your Quoteal account.
• Which subscription (monthly or lifetime).
• A one-line description of why (helps us improve, not required).

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong, please email us first; we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending the dispute.

A note on processing fees

Stripe's payment-processing fees on the original charge are not refundable to us, but we don't pass that cost on to you. When we issue a refund, you receive the full amount you paid.
